Steffen Fuchs choreographs with “Nussknacker und Mausek\u00f6nig”<\/strong> the opening production of the Koblenz Theatre’s ballet of the 2018\/19 season, which premieres on 6 October 2018 at 7:30 p.m.<\/strong> in the Gro\u00dfes Haus. Rehearsals will begin in August 2018.

In his choreography, Fuchs will follow Hoffmann’s fairy tale in an entertaining way. There is a reunion with Princess Pirlipat and the nut Krakatuk, the fairy tale in the fairy tale, which is not told in Petipa’s original libretto. But explains how the Nutcracker becomes the Nutcracker. Tchaikovsky’s music provides the framework for this enchanting evening.
