Romeo and Juliet
The probably most popular love story in the history of the European theatre as a neoclassical dance theatre. The tragedy of the two lovers, trapped in the ritualised disputes between their hostile families, is in essence just a sequence of misunderstandings. The rebellion of the young against the rituals of the old turns the comedy into a tragedy that ends deadly for four people.
